The Laughter of Heartbeats

"The Laughter of Heartbeats" is a portrait of the soul. A single flower stands centered, meeting the viewer’s gaze with quiet confidence. In my practice, flowers symbolize the human spirit—vibrant, vulnerable, and fleeting. Through layered acrylic and mixed media, I build texture and movement so the surface pulses like breath, like rhythm. The surrounding wind represents the forces that shape us: pain and happiness, loss and renewal. Like a heartbeat, life carries both fragility and strength, yet the flower does not retreat. It remains open, singing and dancing within the current.

This work reflects my belief that the soul can remain radiant despite life’s turbulence. Even when shaped by unseen winds, it holds its posture, its color, its joy. The painting becomes a meditation on resilience—the courage to stay open and fully alive in every season.
